About the job
- Lead highly performing retail teams to achieve regional sales forecast & drive company brand strategy through exeptional retail execution across all channels (SR, IR MOB/MUB's)
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Build and foster a strong relationship with the Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and retail teams.
- Build a strong team with Swarovski Culture and Customer in mind.
- Motivate and coach owner operated and partner retail staff, ensure excellent and consistent consumer and brand experience across all touchpoints, complete store visitation reports.
- Plan and execute incentives as well as promotional activities and implement retail processes as per local guidelines.
- Provide feedback to Global Teams via the Head of Sales on customer/market cluster needs, initiatives/tools as well as proposing any other improvement ideas.
- Accountable for IR profitability taking ownership of store performances, effectively allocating resources, and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- 3- 5 years of work experience in a fashion customer
- and commercial-focused retail environment
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Have attention to detail and eye for Visual Merchandising & exceptional Store & Team presentation.
- Strong leadership & lateral management skills.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Advanced numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
- Local language and English proficiency skills
- Local work permit
- Active driver’s license
