**주요업무내용**:
- Develop, maintain and be a role model for a culture among staff that is open to change and supports
continuous quality improvement, collaboration, respect, and accountability.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective and objective investigations,
provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (coaching, counselling, career
development, disciplinary actions) provoking positive changes in the management of people and
performance improvement.
- Lead end-to-end workforce planning including recruitment, and selection processes, on-boarding new
employees, coaching and liaising with line managers.
- Execute HR deliverables and objectives outlined in the business plan and ensure all tasks, activities and
services are undertaken in a professional, accurate and responsive manner.
- Lead and work collaboratively with the Human Resources Manager and CFO to identify, develop, and
implement key organisational culture, engagement and change initiatives and strategies.
- Provide strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities along with the ability to build and
maintain relationships across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and practices that reflect contemporary, evidence-based
approaches and meet legislative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (including the Fair Work Act 2009, the National
Employment Standards, and applicable modern awards)

**주요업무내용**

- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline (desirable).
Experience
- 1+ years’ experience in a fully autonomous HR Coordinator position (desirable).
- Working in an environment with multiple complex Awards/Agreements (desirable).
- Experience in General Ledger Reconciliations for Payroll Related accounts (desirable).
- Experience in Annual Leave and Long Service Leave accruals (desirable).
- Experience in Complementary Health industry (desirable).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (essential).
- Excel formulas and pivot tables (essential).
- Micropay Sage payroll software (desirable).
- Mitrefinch time and attendance software (desirable).
- SAP software (desirable).
Knowledge
- Payroll related legislation in Australia (essential).
- Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2010 (desirable).
- Professional Employees Award 2010 (desirable).
- Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010 (desirable).
- Knowledge of Payroll Tax, PAYG Tax, and Workers Compensation stat
- statutory requirements (desirable).
- Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines (desirable).
- Therapeutic Goods Administration guidelines (desirable).
