**Customer Service Officer**

**About the role**

The Customer Service Officer provides frontline support on apprenticeships, traineeships and vocational education and training programs, while delivering efficient administrative assistance to the Regional Centre.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure efficient office operation through proactive administration support and effective resource coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer records inline with record management standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare quality ad accurate documents, including correspondence, briefings and reports.

**About you**
- Proven ability to effectively navigate and excel in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Impeccable organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A solid background in customer service and administration.
- Experience using record management system.

**Key Knowledge and Experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check for paid employment
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
