**About the team**

SafeWork Licensing is responsible for assessing and maintaining licenses, certificates and authorities across several Schemes Asbestos and Demolition, Explosives, Hazardous Chemicals, High Risk Work, Traffic Control, Construction Induction and Registration of items of Plant. This unit is a high-volume processing environment that provides customer services and makes decisions in accordance with administrative law principles, to a range of stakeholders regarding all matters related to Licensing.

**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong project management background who has the ability to communicate across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires you to be self-driven and adaptable to changing priorities and ad-hoc requests

**Key attributes**
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and keep track of project milestones and deadlines.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Clear and concise communication helps in avoiding misunderstandings and ensuring everyone is on the same page. Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey regulatory requirements
- The capability to analyse project data, evaluate performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project objectives are met.
- Experience in similar licensing roles is beneficial
