**About the role**
Due to internal movement, a fantastic opportunity has presented within RACQ Human Resources (HR) Group Function for a motivated Human Resources Officer to join us on a 12-month full-time fixed term contract basis.
The role has the option to work flexibly from home and Eight Mile Plains office (free parking onsite).
**About you**
This position is well suited to an organised and employee - focused individual with a problem-solving mindset. You are a strong communicator who thrives in an autonomous and fast paced environment working alongside a team who supports personal and professional growth.
- Minimum of Diploma in relevant study area Human Resources or relate.
- 1-3 years relevant experience in a human resources administration role or Officer role.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with exposure to working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain a strong degree of confidentiality Demonstrated understanding of the regulatory frameworks for HR.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Attention to detail and the ability to strongly contribute to team outcomes.
