**About the role**
The Towing & Incident Management team are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join the team as their next Operations Officer.
**About you**
In this role you will provide a high level of administrative support to Assistance Operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Leadership team including receiving, distributing, and filing of correspondence as directed.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and other miscellaneous requirements as required
- Handle internal and external enquiries in a confidential manner and action as required
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of membership, products, services and systems
- Investigate & process client inquiries & maintain accurate monitoring of urgent communications
- Preparation and collation of high-quality reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, presentations, and general correspondence
- Arrange meeting/conference room bookings, appropriate resources and facilities
- Coordination of incentive programs and communication of results and updates
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a busy administrative environment with a high standard of computer skills (Microsoft Office) to create documents, files, spreadsheets and be highly skilled in the use of excel and formulas
- Ability to communicate across the organisation (internal and external stakeholders)
- Strong organising and prioritising skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision over a diverse range of activities to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong keyboard, navigation and data entry skills
- A strong customer service focus with the ability to develop lasting rapport
