**How will I Help?**
**Main responsibilities including, but not limited to**:
- Manage appropriate risk/reward outcomes for all Strategic Sourcing activities. Execute a sourcing strategy, standards, methods, processes and management practices that ensure compliance with legislation and regulation.
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in Westpac (internal or external)
- Establish sourcing strategies, standards, methods and good practices that ensure compliance with legislation, regulation and third party information security.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and challenge performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

To be succeed in this role, you will be have:
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in commercial management including experience in negotiating and managing IT Services contracts
- Strong relationship management when it comes to building trusted relationships, enabling you to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and partners to achieve quality outcomes for all.
- Highly developed skills in negotiation of long-term sourcing agreements, demonstrating commercial and business acumen and pragmatism and ability in developing and implementing sourcing strategy
- Understanding of relevant business and technology products and services
- Tertiary qualifications in business, management and/or legal studies or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Strong and influential communicator to clearly convey and receive information that demonstrates your genuine intent to ensure your audience and you have been heard and understood.
