Chief Transformation Officer

The CTO is key to the delivery of the RTA's 4 year strategic plan. The CTO, in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team, will develop and lead a transformation strategy for the RTA and bring the transformation strategy to life. The CTO will work across the business to inspire employees to engage with and contribute to the success of the transformation program.
- Experience partnering with executives to develop and deliver a transformation strategy and translate the strategy into meaningful action
- Exceptional ability to drive strategic transformation programs in conjunction with cross-functional teams
- High-level and proven leadership capability combined with demonstrated experience in building and leading a high performing team
- Significant experience in oversight of delivery strategy and benefits realisation in IT and/or Customer Experience
- Exceptional ability to remove systemic barriers to collaboration and implement strategies to build strong and enduring alliances for joint delivery of community outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in internal and external stakeholder engagement across portfolio management
- Demonstrated ability in integrating transformation with business as usual functional strategy and operational planning
