**Accounts Assistant**

**Location: Glendenning**

**Full-time (40hrs per week)**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to support our accounts manager.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Process documents such as Invoices, Inventory & Sales orders.
- Creating Purchase orders
- Match invoices with purchase orders/delivery notes.
- Liaise with warehouse manager to ensure clear communication on all orders/inventory.
- Assist with stock reconciliation.
- Data Entry
- Adhoc duties

Essential Skills:

- Attention to detail with a HIGH level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communications skills
- Must have strong typing skills to perform data entry.
- Willingness to learn.
- Positive and Open attitude.

**Salary**: $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
