Business Development Coordinator

We are on the hunt for a Business Development Coordinator to join our vibrant and energetic team in this newly created full-time position at our site in Glendenning, NSW.

**The Opportunity**:
Joining our Sales team, you will work to lead a small team in identifying and validating client opportunities. You will act at the central contact between our account managers, BD support roles and at times our Operations.

Stepping into this role, you will utilise your experience servicing the construction industry to learn how corner of the market and establish processes to implement within your team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Engage in regular communication with clients, working to build strong client relationships
- Enter customer and business development opportunities into the Criterion CRM
- Partner with our clients, such as Architects and Builders, to acquire a deep understanding of their needs and our service alignment
- Prepare reports on opportunities identified, validated and secured
- Ensure commitments to customers are upheld through strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Build processes to maintain a consistent quality experience for our customers
- Empower our Account Managers for success by providing validated and detail-rich opportunities

To thrive in this role, you will bring your business development and supervisory experience to support sales and exceed your team KPIs. Ideally, you will have experience in the manufacturing or construction industries. However, this is not essential.

You will receive an **attractive salary circa $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 (commensurate with experience)** **PLUS super PLUS incentive based bonuses.** We recognise the value of flexibility and therefore offer remote work options from time to time to accommodate.
