**Here's what you will be working on each week**:

- **Contacting customers to obtain valid payment methods for recurring subscription charges.**:

- **Following up with customers and insuring payments have been made when promised.**:

- **Analysing client accounts for approach and negotiating payment of outstanding debts.**:

- **Working with the Customer Success team to manage and report on daily collections activity.**:

- **Preparation of monthly AR reporting for management and weekly reporting to Finance and our studio team.**:

- **Recording all communications against customer records.**:

- **Referring complex account management topics to other CS reps or Sales Account Management.**:

- **Referring debts and providing documentation to our external debt collector.**:

- **Assisting in process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives.**:

- **Ad hoc AR analysis and reporting.**

**We're looking for the following collections superstar, so if this reads like you, please apply**:

- **1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections or credit control in a customer-facing role**:

- **Intermediate excel**:

- **Experience working with subscription businesses will be highly regarded**:

- **Experience with Zuora or Hubspot highly regarded**
- **Excellent communication skills, no problems cold calling.**:

- **Ability to work quickly and precisely. Adept and fast use of online systems and tools.**:

- **Ability to confidently communicate with customers and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism**:

- **Team player with a sense of humour.
