What we’re Looking For:

- **A related qualification in management and/or hospitality**:

- **At least 12 months experience** in Hospitality Management or a similar role
- Experience in tourism and guest house management is highly desirable
- A positive, can-do attitude and a love for great service
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Availability to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
- **Your own reliable transport** (we’re not accessible by public transport)

As a Hospitality Manager, your daily duties will include:

- Working with the leadership team to plan, implement and facilitate business strategies to grow and develop guest experiences, incorporating accommodation, tours, activities, functions/reception and event offerings as well as general wine experiences for both domestic and international visitors.
- Managing, overseeing and coordinating guest experiences for guests who visit the winery and accommodating their requests
- Providing assistance to international guests where required, throughout their travel from their home country to Sirromet.
- Performing administrative duties to provide progress reports to the leadership team
- Engaging and training staff, as well as establishing and maintaining standards of staff performance and services to guests
- Assisting with planning and maintaining departmental budgets and authorising expenditure within the authority of the role
- Providing insight to other departments, including the marketing team, to develop strategies to attract visitors to the winery, including those from overseas countries.
- Handling guest feedback/complaints and directing or escalating these if necessary
- Maintaining high standards required by hygiene, safety and other relevant regulations.
