**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, adhering to our established recipes and standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with patrons, answering questions, and providing recommendations when needed.
- Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, while maintaining cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold consistent product quality and resolve any customer concerns or issues.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced, specialty coffee environment.
- Proficiency in various brewing methods, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and cold brew.
- Strong knowledge of different coffee beans, roasts, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak hours.
- Can start immediately.
