The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Tourism Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) to join our team. This role offers 25–30 hours per week and is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional tourism experiences and engaging with Mandarin-speaking visitors. You'll play a key part in creating memorable moments for our guests while supporting the broader tourism and Cellar Door operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of tourism reservations and booking inquiries.
• Host, guide, and deliver outstanding experiences for Mandarin-speaking tour groups.
• Act as the main liaison for your agencies, ensuring smooth communication and tour operations.
• Provide general Support to the tourism and Cellar Door team.

Essential Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in customer-facing role, ideally in tourism or hospitality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings when required.
• A reliable car and valid driver's license for commuting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
