**About You**
You are an exceptional project planner and work comfortably in a trusted advisor capacity, building strong relationships and engaging with key stakeholders.
Your self-driven nature sees you readily identifying areas of opportunity and well balancing the ‘thinking’ with the ‘doing’.
You have demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. With this you will have the ability to work both independently and part of a team, taking initiative and exercising sound judgement in resolving matters that arise.
**About the Role**

Through your leadership, influence and action, you’ll ensure that our internal and external commitments associated with First Nations and our RAP are honoured and advanced.
You’ll lead and shape the strategy and associated identification, design and delivery of initiatives that underpin the Serco RAP to champion Serco as a place First Nations peoples are proud to work, partner with, supply to, or be served and supported by.
The role is key to building capability and cultural awareness across Serco in support of respect for and inclusion of First Nations peoples and to position our operations for project and contractual performance.
In a trusted advisor capacity, you’ll act to build strong relationships with key external stakeholders (including community organisations and providers) and engage a wide range of people across our business (including our recruitment, bidding and growth teams, government and media relations, and internal communications) to develop and influence solutions, and measure effectiveness of Indigenous Programs. Serco is a proud member of Supply Nation.

- Identify as an Aboriginal person
- Have understanding of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural connections, contemporary beliefs, values and practices together with cultural association and/or knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.

- Have a keen interest in the value of public-private sector partnerships and in delivering to Reconciliation Action Plans
- Develop and implement an Indigenous engagement strategy and initiatives aligned to the Diversity & Inclusion strategy
