Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role supporting the team with a busy pipeline of corporate business events. You get excited about the detail, elevating the experience, and taking initiative to get things done

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications Manager alongside the wider team and external suppliers/agencies
- Coordination and execution of corporate events
- Ensure brand alignment and standards are met
- Collaborate with Head of Marketing to set a plan and financial objectives, and track results
- Collaborate on external partnerships to drive exciting cross-business events
- Book venues, entertainers, guest speakers, and photographers
- Budget management
- Support with creation of event collateral
- Ad hoc marketing initiatives with Marketing team across marketing campaigns, promotions, special projects etc

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- 2-3 + years’ experience in a similar role required, within a professional environment
- **You are a detail-oriented, people-person that takes initiative**:

- Open to backgrounds in Corporate Events, Client Services, PA/EA/Office Management, PR, Account Management (In Events) or similar
- Industry experience in Property, Financial Services, Professional Services or similar is a bonus
- Team Player with ability to work collaboratively or autonomously
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
