We are seeking an A team player to join our Dashdot team as a Property Specialist as we embark on our next phase of growth. As a Property Specialist at Dashdot, you will manage Dashdot clients' entire journey, from onboarding to settlement. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless property purchasing process. Tailored for a "go-getter," this role emphasises creating opportunities, delivering value, and driving Dashdot's growth.
This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving targets.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a never give up attitude, hunter mentality, a drive to achieve outstanding results for your clients and provide a world class service.

The Role:
In this role, you'll provide your expertise in client engagement and building strong relationships to provide tailored solutions for property investment.
By understanding each client's unique goals, you'll guide them through the property purchasing journey, via our inhouse proprietary technology; to deliver exceptional value ensuring satisfaction.
Your dedication and proactive approach will be vital in driving our mission to transform investing and achieve outstanding results for our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build trust with clients by understanding their goals and providing expert property investment advice.
- Research and recommend properties that meet client needs and investment strategies.
- Maintain clear, timely communication via Slack, email, phone, and Zoom.
- Negotiate property prices and terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Manage inspections, legal processes, and settlements for smooth transactions.
- Resolve challenges and mediate disputes with professionalism.
- Foster long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Work with agents, advisers, and stakeholders to streamline purchases.
- Use client feedback to continually improve services.
- Support team meetings and contribute to Dashdot's growth and success.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Property Knowledge: Understanding of property portfolio strategy, or personal property investment portfolio or within the Property industry (required).
- Certification: Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (desirable).
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in sales with a focus on independent deal closure, ideally within the property investment sector.
- Mindset: Proactive, resilient, and adaptable with a "hunter" mindset.
- Coachability: Demonstrated ability to take on feedback and apply learning quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Negotiation Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex interactions and secure favourable outcomes.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools to manage client pipelines and property analysis.
- Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, thriving in a performance-driven environment.
- Remote Work Capability: Deep and tested comfort working 100% remotely in a client-facing role (desirable).
