THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated, professional Client Services Administrator to join a professional and down to earth team in Belmont.

The role involves but is not limited to:

- General administrative duties.
- Preparation and distribution of all electronic and hard copy correspondence including typing, filing, and scanning.
- Management of client details including set up and internal maintenance of records.
- Involvement in the collation of tax returns and financial statements and processing for lodgement.
- Liaising with clients and relevant third parties on the client’s behalf (e.g., ATO, ASIC, ABR)
- Invoicing/billing.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL NEED:

- A minimum of 12 months administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Practice Management Software e.g., MYOB AE (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work to priorities and deadlines.
