**About Us**
St Jude’s has been one of the more innovative and leading service providers for people with disability and psychosocial needs in Western Australia since 1982. Our significant experience in service delivery is reflected through 40 years of providing quality services and maintaining the highest of standards for our clients.
**About the Role**
This role is responsible for liaising with new and prospective St Jude's clients who are attached to our supported housing (accommodation) business unit. The role works closely with several other internal stakeholders to ensure that our services are being promoted and marketed effectively so that we have an active referral pipeline of potential new clients. The role then takes responsibility for following up these new opportunities in a timely, effective manner, with an emphasis placed on guaranteeing that new and prospective clients have a friendly, informative and wonderful experience when working with St Jude's.
**Key duties include**:
- Acting as a point of contact for prospective clients and representing the organisation
- Updating referral information in all appropriate systems
- Working closely with the St Jude's marketing team to successfully promote and expand referrals to our accommodation services, including attending expos
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure that service commencement proceeds in line with advised expectations
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholder management on the status of new opportunities and client funding
**This role is being hired on a permanent full time basis and is located at our central office in Belmont.**
**Skills & Experience**
**Key Requirements include**:
- Experience or knowledge of the NDIS and/or mental health services is desirable, but not essential
- Significant previous experience in marketing and sales roles where there was a requirement to drive new business is essential
- Possess or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Working With Children Check
