We are a newly formed Talent Acquisition team at the Department of Health. This position will be aligned to the Health Infrastructure Division, including the Victorian Health Building Authority, which is driving the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects.

**Are you**:

- Interested in joining a newly formed Talent Acquisition team to help build the Victorian Governments Health Infrastructure workforce?
- Capable of partnering with stakeholders in a consultative, purposeful, and strategic manner?

Accountabilities
- Facilitate internal training for hiring managers on recruitment practices and interview techniques.
- Manage and maintain all information within the applicant tracking system in real time.
- Lead or contribute to a range of operational and strategic projects that enhances the progression of the Talent Acquisition function
- Prepare regular talent acquisition reports and provide analysis on key recruitment and labor market trends that are identified.
- Build and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use initiative and organisational insights to identify continuous improvement opportunities to Talent Acquisition processes and systems
- Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services.
