**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager and joining our dynamic and supportive team of Talent Acquisition Partners, you will partner with key business functions to source exceptional talent for GB as well as the opportunity to engage in a range of special projects and proactive sourcing.
As a dedicated Talent Partner to our growing Victorian Workers Compensation business, you will play a pivotal role in the promotion of our employee value proposition, and contribute to wider People and Culture initiatives.
**In this role, you will**:
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop rapport and a deep understanding of your customer group’s region and portfolio;
- Create innovative solutions to attract exceptional talent to Gallagher Bassett, including proactive sourcing, social media marketing campaigns, internal initiatives, and other advertising;
- Share market insights with the business to contribute to broader People and Culture initiatives for the organisation;
- Coordinate and promote assessment centres for bulk recruitment projects.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Substantial experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role. Exposure to the insurance or financial services sectors would be highly regarded;
- A creative and value-add approach to the recruitment process, including the ability to present actionable insights from data and market intel;
- Highly-developed communication and presentation skills;
- Strong computer literacy and experience in utilising applicant tracking systems and job advertising platforms;
- A strong sense of team, and are prepared to contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People & Culture initiatives;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines;
