**About the role**

As our new Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you are integral to the success of V/Line’s People, Risk, Safety & Sustainability Group. Reporting to the Head of Talent - Mobility & Programmes, you’ll join a team of trusted Talent Advisors who live & breath customer centricity - at the core, they bring pride, passion and personality

As a result of growth & expanded service offering, we have a new opportunity for an experienced **_Talent Acquisition Business Partner _**to join our (soon-to-be-award/s winning) team on a fixed-term contract supporting high-volume hiring across Customer Experience & Trades. You will play a lead role in managing our new approach to centralised internal mobility - facilitating movements & creating career pathways for our team members. We continue our journey to transform the way we attract, engage & on-board talent here at V/Line. Think new talent technology, automation & exceptional CX. You'll vibe creativity, act with agility, thrive in complexity & know how to think big picture.

**About you**

We are open to expertise across a number of verticals including high-volume, trades, internal mobility & customer experience hiring. Coupled with this experience you’ll bring:

- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices, industry trends, and requirements standards.
- Excellent written communication & interpersonal skills and internal stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
