**The Opportunity**

Transport for NSW is currently recruiting for a Functional Analyst - Atlassian Admin/Analyst to join the Products & App Services team of IT for Transport branch within our Corporate Services Division.

This role makes operational decisions regarding the planning and organisation of their work to achieve agreed business objectives

The role will also provide quality advice to stakeholders across the Transport Cluster, to ensure engagement with change initiatives, the specification of new features, and in the successful delivery of support services for our portfolio.

This role is a permanent full time role based at Macquarie Park with flexible work practices.

The main responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to:

- Providing specialised, technical systems support, guidance and technical input to the IT team.
- Identify and develop technical solutions to both short term (trouble shooting) and long term strategic issues of system users.
- Work with IT teams using contemporary delivery methodologies and IT Service Management processes (eg., ITIL).
- Manage the delivery of development/configuration/enhancement work undertaken in a very complex federated system environment both internally and through external service providers.
- Deliver escalated, professional technical support to users and business managers in a highly complex and dynamic environment.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels of the business to drive continuous improvement of processes and technology.
- Manage inventory of Commercial off the Shelf products, versions, and financial obligations such as licenses associated with them. Contribute to the development and management of the Commercial off the Shelf Life-Cycle Management Plan.
- Provide out of hours technical support as needed.

**About You**:
To be successful in these roles you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in 3rd party software management, maintenance, and support.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of key processes: Commercial off the Shelf Development (COTS) Life Cycle management and ITIL processes.
- Certification in JIRA Administration for Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience in Supporting an Atlassian Cloud environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with an ability to build quick relationships.
- Strong Communication skills and a can do attitude.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is Transport Grade 8 ($123,470 - $138,284) plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
