Speedo Australia, as part of True Alliance, has an incredible opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our high performing team at our Alexandria offices. This highly sought-after role will exclusively look after our key partner in Rebel Sport Australia.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- The main function of the Key Account Manager is to deliver against financial targets for Rebel, along with achieving growth opportunities through executing strategic objectives.
- Using sales and stock management data, analyse and extract key information to identify opportunities for growth, provide detailed reports and feedback to Senior Management and liaise with Rebel Buying team to action strategies.
- Seasonal product range showings with Rebel Buying team, followed by weekly order book maintenance and planning meetings to ensure successful stock delivery to achieve KPI's.
- A component of the role involves regular store visits within your territory to provide merchandising and product training support, implement marketing and incentive strategies and represent the brand of Speedo in a professional and courteous manner.
- With the support of the State Manager, National Sales Manager, Brand Manager, Product and Marketing Teams, and Account Managers across the country, this role is a truly cross-functional and highly collaborative role in the Speedo team.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 3 years Account Management experience.
- Previous Key Account management experience preferred but not essential.
- Business / Marketing / Communications based qualifications an advantage, but not essential.
- Passion for sport or experience in the swimming industry highly desirable.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Able to analyse and action against weekly sell through data.
- Experience in communicating with senior management.
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer liaison skills, both face to face and over the phone.
- Able to successfully reach predetermined targets.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- High level Excel skills mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP BI would be advantageous.
