**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The main focus of the Merchandise Planning Manager is to work with the Brand team to maximise their brands profitability efficiently. This involves all aspects from managing the OTB, to the day to day planning tasks across all sales channels.

Key accountabilities include,
- Providing Sales, Margin and Inventory reporting and commentary
- Managing Seasonal product Buys and managing on-going core demand planning process
- Working with Brand team to ensure accurate Sales Forecasting and Budgeting
- Working with Planner/Allocator to execute of promotions/markdowns and allocations
- Managing Inventory health across all channels

The Merchandise Planning Manager will also support the Head of Merchandise Planning & Planning Team, as well as working to support business change initiatives and ensuring the integrity of all business data and systems.

**ABOUT YOU**

- Minimum 4 years’ experience working at Merchandise Manager level
- Preferred Degree in business or economics.
- Able to successfully multitask and work according to changing deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Results oriented problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
