**Position Summary**:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and growing wholesale revenue, supporting the end to end Under Armour business in Australia by overseeing company needs, handling daily business issues, managing company associations, and recognizing business opportunities. He/she will possess excellent relationship building skills, demonstrate understanding of customer experience, has a consultative approach to achieve results, and is comfortable talking to customers at all levels of responsibility. The Key Account Manager will be accountable in implementing the strategic direction of assigned key & strategic accounts in Australia and driving collaboration cross functionally to ensure short/mid/long terms plans are aligned.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee newly assigned key accounts, ensuring financial targets are achieved according to Australia’s AOP and 5YP.
- Responsible for developing and leading 3YP for the assigned accounts in collaboration with all business functional areas.
- Build strong relationships with customers by acting as a strategic business partner and manage the entire commercial negotiation process.
- Drive partnership performance through engagement of key stakeholders at a senior level and deliver world class customer service.
- Responsible for planning and executing go-to-market plans and ensure the successful launch of new products. Monitor market and competitor actions and develop strategies to take advantage or preventive actions.
- Align and follow up in marketing activities and ensure efficient inventory levels of the category for launching.
- Responsible for order book management ensuring accurate financial forecasting and timely invoicing to meet financial targets in season.
- Prepare monthly sales report, business review, sell-in/ sell-through report, report template/worksheet and presentation.

**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:

- Superior analytical skill to make data driven decision
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, self-starter and independent
- Proven track record of building, managing, and maintaining healthy internal partner and customer relationships
- Persistence and resilience in pursuit of objectives, not afraid of taking on new tasks and resolving challenges
- A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Strong communication and project management skills to work with multiple stakeholders
- A sincere and contagious passion for sports and building Under Armour

**Education And / Or Experience**:

- 5 years of account management and wholesale / business planning / inventory planning / merchandising experience in sports and consumer goods
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field
