**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for an experienced retail marketing professional to join our team.
The primary function of the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager is to develop and implement retail campaigns for The North Face across our network of concept and outlet stores in Australia and New Zealand. This role also provides marketing support for our wholesale channel, driving awareness and advocacy of The North Face brand within our portfolio of major accounts, both lifestyle and outdoor, as well as independent dealers.
**ABOUT YOU**
You love retail. Whilst you have mastered the world of POS, POP, VM and production, you are also well versed with an omnichannel approach to retail marketing. You understand how impactful the retail experience can be to create community and to forge an emotional connection between the end consumer and brand.
You readily take on feedback, can pivot as needed, regularly think outside the box, love solving problems and are supremely organised in regards to project management. You love to see a project through from start to finish and take immense pride in your work.
You are a team player, not afraid to put your hand up to help a teammate with our ‘we’re all in it together’ culture.
Your interests land on the crossroads between outdoor and lifestyle. You have both a passion for getting outdoors as well as following the latest trends.
In addition to the above, the following skills and attributes will contribute to your success in the role:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Direct experience creating and implementing retail marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated project management capability
- Proven ability to take a strategic view and align initiatives with that view
- Outstanding relationship skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
