Our client, who is a leading waste management company, is currently looking for a** National Key Accounts - Customer Service Officer **to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position based in Keysborough. You will be required to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

**Your duties will include**:
***
- Be the initial point of contact for the state based major account customers, as well as local support for our National Key Account customers
- Liaise with operations regarding bin deliveries and special customer requests
- Liaise with Territory Managers re customer queries
- Liaise with Central Data Team with request to set up customer master data
- Organising sub-contracting for customers
- Handling specialist accounts with requests, quotations, organising subcontracting
- Investigating and processing of credits and debits requests in a timely manner
- Assisting with new staff training within the Customer Service, Sales and Operations teams
- Attend meetings with stake holders
- Attend customer site visits as required

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Previous Key Account /Customer Service experience
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Be able to work autonomously without direct supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be reliable and hard working
- Great attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office with good typing skills
