**The Opportunity**
Due to an internal promotion, we now have a rare opening for an experienced and motivated **National Key Account Manager** to join our Animal Management team. Acting as the communication link between some of our largest customers and internal teams, you'll manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met while implementing strategies to enhance satisfaction and grow market share.
Your role will involve:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to prevent competitor leakage.
- Understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
- Ensuring timely delivery of products and services while resolving any issues.
- Playing an integral role in driving sales growth and sustainable partnerships.
- Preparing progress reports and sales forecasts for key stakeholders.
**The Fit**
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales or a relevant field.
- Experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the Agricultural or AgriTech industries.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to create customer-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
