Administration Assistant Trainee

About the role
Whether you’ve recently left school, looking for a career change, or returning to the workforce, our business administration traineeships will set you up for a fun and rewarding career in the not for profit sector. These positions will be within our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and will provide the successful applicant with experience across a broad range of administrative tasks, as well as specialised knowledge and experience within the RTO sector.
As part of your traineeship, you will be completing your Certificate III in Business. As a trainee with Cire, you will work alongside experienced staff and learn the end-to-end administrative processes involved with running a successful, community based vocational training service.
Your days will be fun, challenging, and varied, and may include:
- Providing data entry support to our training team
- Supporting our leadership team with reviewing and amending documents
- Providing relief reception support across our head office and community hub sites
- Supporting the enrolment process for new students
- Attending meetings to provide administration support across new projects and programs
- Working within our customer management software to assist with monthly and annual reporting

About you
You do not need experience in administration or an RTO to be successful in this role. All training and support will be provided.
You will be required to:
- Be fully COVID-19 vaccinated, willing to be vaccinated or have a valid medical exemption, per the government mandate
- Currently hold, or are willing to undertake, certifications including a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
