Our Opportunity
Cire Services is currently seeking a dedicated Fleet Administration Officer to join our team based at our Monbulk site in an ongoing full-time capacity.
As a key member of our high-performing administration team, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating our fleet administration function and supporting our multi-site team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant use of Cire's vehicles, supporting staff and students across our campuses. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.
You'll be the central point of contact for fleet-related enquiries, working collaboratively with internal teams and external providers to maintain vehicle records, schedule servicing, monitor usage, and support operational logistics. Your contribution will help ensure our fleet runs smoothly and supports the delivery of our programs and services.

You are a confident and capable administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment. Your warm and approachable nature allows you to build strong relationships across diverse groups, and your calm demeanour ensures you remain composed under pressure.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a customer-focused administration or reception role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in technology and adaptability to new systems
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Previous experience in an education setting and familiarity with school database systems (highly regarded)
