Our Opportunity
Cire Services is currently seeking a Campus Administration Officer to join our Lilydale team in an ongoing full-time role.
As a key member of our high-performing administration team, you will be the welcoming face of our Lilydale Hybrid campus, delivering exceptional customer service and operational support to students, families, staff, and external stakeholders. You'll work collaboratively with our team, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our campus under our hybrid model.

About You
You are a confident and capable administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment. Your warm and approachable nature allows you to build strong relationships across diverse groups, and your calm demeanour ensures you remain composed under pressure.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a customer-focused administration or reception role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in technology and adaptability to new systems
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Previous experience in an education setting and familiarity with school database systems (highly regarded)
