**The Firm**

Our client is a thriving Accounting firm based near Lilydale. They provide high quality customer service to their clients and specialise in business services, tax and superannuation services.

**The Opportunity**

Due to an internal promotion they are now looking for an outgoing and experienced Administration Assistant to join their growing team on a part time basis - 3 days per week

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collating tax returns and financial statements
- Invoicing
- Assisting with workflow management for the accountants
- Organizing payments, chasing debtors
- Relief reception when required

**Skills & experience**:

- Excellent communication skills and written skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Team player willing to assist others
- Strong attention to detail
