**About the role**:

- This role will include
- Manage work closeout processes across multiple software programs.
- Create and update compliance registers to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Conduct revenue forecasting and assess resource capabilities.
- Maintain and update training matrices for staff development.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update tracking systems.
- Manage billing and monitor financial aspects across multiple projects.
- Organize events as required to support team initiatives.
- Undertake additional administrative duties as requested.
- Undertake additional administrative duties upon request.

**About You**
- Experience with Excel is essential, and a background in finance is preferred. You should possess the following skills and attributes:

- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel and related software.
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively.
- Ability to work in a collaborative office environment in Lilydale and Dandenong.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with team members.
