We are looking for a creative whizz with skills across content creation, community management and consumer marketing for a 6 month maternity cover contract.

We are looking for a creative whizz with skills across content creation, community management and consumer marketing. This role will suit someone who enjoys working on creative campaigns, that can be hands-on, yet strategic in their thinking and wants to take ownership over organic social, PR, influencer partnerships, and EDM’s.

You will work closely with the E-commerce and Graphic Design team to assist in executing best-in-class marketing campaigns and to take on day-to-day marketing and e-commerce responsibilities. Experience within the retail and design industry is preferred but not mandatory.

- You have fantastic organisational skills with immaculate attention to detail.
- You’re comfortable with working autonomously, yet collaboratively.
- You will be savvy across a variety of social media channels.
- You’ll have exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills.
- Specific interest and understanding of the design and homewares industry.
- Understanding and experience of digital and retail marketing with a passion for e-commerce, communications, and design.

What does the role involve?
- Ideate and create content for both L&M Home’s Retail and Wholesale businesses.
- Lead the development of content strategies and set measurable goals that show return on investment.
- Strategic understanding of all social channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, monitoring and analytics.
- Collaboration with in-house designers to support the development of assets required for all digital channels (social media, paid ads, website/mobile, EDMs).
- Content creation for social and ecommerce including photography and videography in conjunction with our in-house team.
- Identify and facilitate PR opportunities, influencer liaison and brand partnerships.
- Manage and liaise with paid-social advertising agency on digital marketing strategies with a clear understanding of KPI’s to track performance and measure success.
- Writing and collating product copy for website product descriptions.
- Event/Trade Fair admin and assistance where necessary
