We are looking for a creative whizz with skills across content creation, community management and digital marketing to join our team on a part time basis.

We are looking for a creative whizz with skills across content creation, community management and digital marketing. This role will suit someone who enjoys working on creative campaigns, that can be hands-on, yet strategic in their thinking and wants to take ownership over organic socials, PR and influencer partnerships.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, E-commerce and Graphic Design team to assist in executing best-in-class marketing campaigns and to take on day-to-day ownership of content creation for all social channels. Experience within the retail and design industry is preferred but not mandatory.

- You have fantastic organisational skills with immaculate attention to detail.
- You’re comfortable with working autonomously, yet collaboratively by presenting creative ideas for feedback.
- You will be savvy across a variety of social media channels and confident increating content.
- You’ll have exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills.
- Specific interest and understanding of the design and homewares industry.
- Understanding and experience of digital and retail marketing with a passion for e-commerce, communications, and design.

What does the role involve?
- Execute social media content creation and social media scheduling across Meta platforms, TikTok & Pinterest.
- Manage all day-to-day social media activities and customer engagement with our platforms.
- Capturing relevenat and engaging content at seasonal off-site photoshoots and in our in-house studio in Fitzroy.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce and Design team to curate inspiring content aligned to calendar of campaigns
- Support our Digital Agency on Paid Social, briefing in new creative with our graphic designer and taking insights from organic performance
- Identify and facilitate PR opportunities, influencer liaison and brand partnerships.
- Reporting back with opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase brand awareness and followers.
- Writing and collating product copy for social channels and website product descriptions.
- Event/Trade Fair marketing administration where necessary

Please note this is a permanent, part-time role with flexible working arrangements available.
