Industry Beans is looking for an eCommerce Marketing Specialist to contribute to the online presence and performance of the websites of four distinct coffee brands.
About Industry Beans:
Launched in 2013, Industry Beans is an award-winning specialty coffee roaster, café operator, wholesale and retail brand. From grassroots beginnings, Industry Beans has grown into a refined coffee brand operating across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with a wide network of wholesale partners and resellers, and a market-leading eCommerce business. The Industry Beans Group owns and operates three additional coffee brands, with separate online platforms.
About This Role
This role was created to facilitate best-practice eCommerce marketing within the Shopify Plus environment and surrounding apps for four unique sites.
Working as part of an experienced, agile marketing team, the role offers variety in recurring tasks and contribution to projects and campaigns. The right person for this role will have experience working within Shopify, a strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics, and excellent attention to detail.

Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Coordinate new product creation and enrichment and ongoing product and collection management
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, ensuring coordination for online and offline activity
- Execute promotions to schedule
- Contribute to rolling testing and feedback to facilitate continual improvement
- Actively contribute to improvement of performance KPIs across all sites
- Craft and edit brand-aligned copy for website updates and eCommerce marketing activity
- Contribute to the management of apps and plug-ins including subscription management, upsell and cross-sell, and reviews
- Contribute to the planning and analysis of email marketing campaigns and automations
- Respond proactively to issues with troubleshooting and engagement of external resources as needed
- Contribute to monthly performance reports, insights and recommendations
- Stay up to date with all platform enhancements and make recommendations
- Conduct market research and present insights
Required Experience & Knowledge:
- Diploma or Degree in marketing or business
- 2 years working in eCommerce roles
- Strong experience using Shopify, ideally Shopify Plus
- Knowledge of or experience using Klaviyo
- Professional communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
