Nelson Alexander is not a franchise. What this means for the corporate team is that everything Marketing related comes through to our department.

The team is on a flexible working arrangement, and when we’re in our Fitzroy office you’ll be around music (yes, we have a shared Spotify playlist), banter, and an environment of inclusivity. You’ll also have the pleasure of being a part of our daily Hector’s Deli coffee (or hot chocolate, we don’t discriminate) runs, and weekly Lune visits.

**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our progressive and vibrant marketing team. This is a pivotal role, where energy and initiative are of high importance.

You will be responsible for educating, supporting and creating content for our offices and team across the office network to further grow our brand.

You will be working closely with our internal network to ensure audience targeting, brand messaging and execution resonates with our local customer and remains consistent and cotemporary.

**Who we’re looking for**

You’re a people person
- you're not scared to spark a conversation with a stranger. You enjoy thinking about how an audience will interpret messaging, how the brand will be displayed and have a fine eye for detail, with no stone unturned.

You will have one or more years of experience in social or communication through agency or similar, and applicants with a qualification in either of these fields will be highly desirable.
