**Position Intent**

The role of the coordinator is to manage all of the administrative needs of the Education Hub, professional learning department, including customer service, event management, and bookings, to contribute to the successful operation of the department. This position works very closely with Manager of Professional Learning.

In addition to the above, the role will involve working as compliance support for Gowrie NSW, licensed programs, supporting the Quality and Compliance Manager, to ensure priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.

In both functions, you will use your strong organisational, planning, communication, and administrative skills to provide support to the team. You will coordinate and prioritise tasks as delegated by Executive Director Pedagogy, to ensure the effective delivery of our training programs, and to maintain regulatory compliance systems and processes that contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and performance of our program areas.

The position requires flexibility and efficiency, with demands and expectations prone to changing frequently.

This position is located at Gowrie NSW Support Office with hybrid working arrangements. Some travel to Gowrie NSW Programs and Centres may be required.

**Experience**:

- Experienced in providing background support for live webinar delivery and ability to promptly resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Use of Windows computer programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM’s
- Accurate administration and record keeping including monitoring and managing online registration systems.
- Competent in using e-learning platforms and systems (familiarity with Moodle and Zoom desirable).
- Familiarity and experience using HubSpot.
