RASHAYS is looking for an entrepreneurial leader with drive to take the business to the next level. Reporting to the Founder, this role is suited to someone who has extensive Hospitality experience and is a hands-on leader with a proven sales experience and growth mindset to help us reach our goal.
- Overseeing department managers and ultimately, the day-to-day site operations;
- Developing and refining business structures &
- Collaborate with the department managers to improve Costing, Operations, and Profit margins.
- Reviewing inventory and ensuring that office purchases are justified;
- Working closely with CFO & Financial controller to review budget & P/L;
- Establishing a clear line of communication with Head Office and Restaurant staff
- HR, staff management & reviewing policies and procedures
- Continuous improvement of processes and achieving high-quality results.

**To be successful, you must have**:

- Degree educated or equivalent experience in Business/Commerce or related field.
- 5 years + sales experience in Hospitality or FMCG.
- Experience building relationships with external parties
- Creating a team environment that is supportive and efficient
- Extensive experience in business development
- Strong commercial acumen with Sound judgement, Risk management, Negotiation & Leadership skills.
