**Are you RASHAYS next new leader?**

We are seeking a CEO to lead RASHAYS into the future. In this role you will have over-arching responsibility for the company’s overall operations. Including, delegating, directing, driving profitability, managing organisational structure and business direction, business planning and strategy and communication between businesses and departments of RASHAYS, RUOMKY and HEAD OFFICE.

**Key duties of the position**:

- Setting business strategy and direction
- Work with CFO to decide budgets for all departments
- Work with CFO to decide financial direction of business
- Modelling and setting the company’s culture
- Building, managing and leading the senior executive team
- Identify other business opportunities.
- Target and initiate business partnerships
- Allocating capital to the company priorities
- Ensures key people are placed within key roles
- Holding all staff accountable
- Generate new business and give approval of new projects
- Initiates new business projects
- Overall responsibility for strategic direction
- Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place
- Drive profitability
- Work with CTO to ensure IT services and offerings are in place and fit for purpose
- Evaluate the success of the organisation
- Ensure a cohesive plan across RASHAYS, RUOMKY and HEAD OFFICE is in place
- Responsible for growth initiatives
- Have experience in the same or similar role
- Be a strong negotiator
- Experience as CEO, COO, CMO, and/or CTO (or similar)
- Be a logical thinker
- Knowledge of F&B and/or Hospitality (advantageous)
- Be entrepreneurial/ business minded
- Be a strategic thinker
- Have a proven ability to drive the business forward
- Ability to delegate to senior leadership team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to foster and promote a positive work culture
