Office Manager

**About the role**:
- Assisting office staff with administrative duties if needed
- Day to day office management tasks
- Ensuring office is stocked with consumables (milk, tea, coffee, paper, printer cartridges, stationary, toiletries etc.)
- Sitting in on meetings and taking minutes when needed
- Ensuring that the office is kept in a neat and tidy condition
- Organising staff training
- Greeting office guests when they arrive.
**Required Skills**:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to function in fast paced demanding situations
- A knowledge of hospitality in a management or administration function is valued but not integral.
