**About the Role**

The Payroll Officer at RASHAYS is responsible for ensuring the payroll function operates efficiently and effectively. With assistance from our off-shore payroll team, this position is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

Other duties include:

- Ensuring all onboarding information has been gathered
- Preparing termination calculations and payments
- Performing payroll corrections
- Administering PAYG and Payroll Taxation reporting
- Administer Superannuation payments
- Preparation of Payroll EFT files
- Providing any payroll reports required

**To be successful you will**:

- Have significant payroll experience
- Be familiar with all payroll legislation and requirements
- Demonstrate initiative and be able to work autonomously
- Have a positive, happy and friendly approach
- Have experience in using Deputy Enterprise (advantageous)
- Experience in Epayroll "Ready Pay" (advantageous)
