With assistance from our off-shore payroll team, this position is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Other duties include: - Ensuring that weekly timesheets & payroll changes are received before the end of the payroll cycle - Understanding and interpreting awards & employment contracts - Preparing termination calculations and payments - Resolving/answering queries relating to payroll across the company - Administering PAYG and Payroll Taxation reporting - Administer Superannuation payments - Preparation of Payroll EFT files - Providing any payroll reports required **To be successful you will**: - Minimum of 3 years' payroll experience - Be familiar with all payroll legislation and requirements - Demonstrate initiative and be able to work autonomously - Have a positive, happy and friendly approach - Have experience in using Deputy Enterprise (advantageous) - Experience in Epayroll "Ready Pay" (advantageous) Please submit your resume to give us an overview of your skills and experience. **APPLY NOW
