**About Us**
Make Merchandise is a leading screen printing and decoration business based in Sydney, Australia. We specialise in high-quality custom merchandise, delivering exceptional products to our clients with precision and efficiency. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced **Production Manager** to oversee and optimise our production processes.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production & Workflow Management**
- Plan and oversee daily production schedules to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and minimise delays.
- Approve production processes across all departments to maintain quality control.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production paperwork and documentation.
- Record and analyse production data to improve processes and efficiency.

**Stock & Inventory Oversight**
- Manage and oversee stock staff to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- Monitor ink inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering and availability.

**Equipment & Maintenance**
- Supervise the maintenance and repairs of machinery and warehouse fixtures.
- Manage screens and screen-making equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

**Team Management & HR Support**
- Assist with staff rostering in collaboration with the Operations/General Manager.
- Provide leadership and training to production staff to enhance efficiency and team performance.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Previous experience in a production management role, preferably in screen printing or a related industry.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing inventory, production schedules, and operational workflows.
- Hands-on knowledge of screen printing machinery and warehouse equipment maintenance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with production documentation and record-keeping.
- Basic HR and rostering experience is a plus.

Pay: $69,644.91 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
