**About the Role**:
Zensteel, a dynamic steel processing company specialising in the manufacture of roofing components, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Silverwater, NSW. This new full-time role is a key part of our expansion strategy and reflects the company’s commitment to improving internal systems, enhancing product quality, and meeting increasing customer demands.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Planning, developing, and implementing quality assurance systems and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and client specifications.
- Liaising with production, technical, and operational teams to monitor workflows and ensure consistent quality outputs.
- Leading quality inspections and establishing regular checks at each stage of the manufacturing process.
- Developing documentation tools to record compliance and support audit readiness.
- Providing training and daily guidance to production staff on quality control techniques.
- Analysing product defects and rework data, identifying trends, and proposing improvements to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
- Managing the quality assurance function and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responding to customer feedback and collaborating with management to resolve recurring quality issues.
- Supporting overall improvements in delivery consistency and customer satisfaction.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or production environment, preferably in manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of quality systems, product compliance, and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and implement practical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and staff training.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to quality leadership and change management.
