We are seeking a Quality Administrator / Document Controller who has experience in the Construction or Manufacturing industry who will support projects regarding record management, engineering document management, issuance of client documents, supplier data co-ordinator, turnover and archiving of project records.

The responsibilities of this role include.
- Performing Quality checks on potential suppliers/subcontractor
- Checking material certificates for different projects
- Keeping track of ITP, TQ, and NCR for different jobs
- Making sure the company has latest standards available.
- Arranging documents to compile MDR and submitting to clients.
- Assisting in internal audits for different departments based on ISO9001.
- Receipt delivery dockets and upload material test certs
- Creating drawing and document list received from client for different projects.
- Internal and external documents controlling by Cad Tracker or client nominated system.
- Managing latest drawing and document folder and updating it as the project progresses
- Printing drawings, managing documents and other day-to-day tasks assigned by project managers & line managers.

**Experience required**:

- Relevant qualification or experience in document control.
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated document control experience.
- Understanding of contractual requirements of document flow.
- Strong organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage priorities.
- Good analytical/problem solving and written communication skills.
