Comgroup Supplies is seeking a Recruitment and HR Administration Officer to join our People & Quality team, providing essential support to the Senior HR Manager across multiple sites.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth recruitment processes and efficient HR administration. You will assist with advertising roles, scheduling and conducting interviews, preparing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and compliance activities.

This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, gain exposure across the employee lifecycle, and support the development of a positive and engaged workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, candidate communication, and interviews.
  • Assist with pre-employment checks, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes including probation, and compliance tracking.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and HR metrics as required.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR meetings across multiple sites.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS system experience will be well regarded.
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment support roles
  • Australian work rights and ability to work across multiple Brisbane locations
  • Current Australian driver's licence for travel between sites
