**What We’re Looking For...
Reporting to the Director, Quality Manufacturing the primary function of this position is to support the Quality Assurance team with a critical archiving project and to ensure proper record keeping in line with our Quality Management System.

This role is a **casual position **, 5 days per week, with an estimated duration of **three months **.

**Your role will include:
- General filing for the QA team, bring current backlog of filing up to date.
- Prepare and process documents for offsite archiving.
- Establish protocols and process improvements for future filing and archiving.
- Support Work Instruction development
- Access database maintenance
- Central document record management
- Support Goods Incoming Inspection
- Other duties as required.

**About you:
- Strong administrative and organisation skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously
- Reliable with a professional working attitude

**It’s not essential, but nice if you have:
- Exposure to Medical device or Pharmaceutical industry
- Would suit university student studying in a related field
- Previous administrative experience
