**Description**:
**About the Role**:
Reporting to National Planning & Operations Design Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of logistics, warehousing, and order processing activities across the Supply Chain. This exciting role will be a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday.

**Key responsibilities**:
Your key responsibilities will involve a range of supply chain administration, order processing, stock control and stakeholder relationships, including but not limited to:
Coordinate the import of selected orders, including facilitating the flow of required information between vendors, freight forwarders, warehouses, transport, farms, and other relevant stakeholders.
Process direct delivery invoicing within the required timeframe to ensure customers and vendors are invoiced as required.
Raise inbound purchases, outbound sales, and inter-warehouse transfers in a timely manner
Ensure orders are processed to maximise truck utilisation.
Conduct stock reconciliations on a weekly basis to ensure accurate records
Maintain regular communication with key vendors

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- International Logistics, Business Management or equivalent degree
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong mathematical and problem solving ability
- Ability to develop and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work individually and part of a team
